Up to this point we've only seen raw denim and military fabrics from our friends at Warehouse. So you could say this new fabric "piqued" our interest. It's a fabric often known as Bedford cord, meaning it has vertical running lines known as wales. Also known as Pique, this fabric's wales are nearly impossible to see from a distance but add a tone of character to the pants up close. You'll also notice a certain sheen that comes from a fabric like this. Think jungle cloth at a lighter, more comfortable weight. This is a reproduction of a tapered silhouette worn by East Coast students in the 1960's. We think they look incredibly sleek for a brand that deals mostly in rustic. And the most beautiful part...it's selvedge woven on a power loom not normally found in pique. They cranked an already beautiful fabric up to Warehouse & Co. standards. This loom creates a ton of natural stretch in the cotton making these super comfortable. They will also wear very nicely as the black comes from sulfur, meaning these puppies are going to fade.

After washing, the jeans are expected to experience the following approximate shrinkage:
- Waist: Approximately 1.2 to 1.6 inches
- Thigh: Approximately 0.4 inches
- Front Rise: Approximately 0.4 inches
- Back Rise: Approximately 0.8 inches
- Length: Approximately 1.6 to 2.0 inches
- Hem Width: Approximately 0.4 inches
These values provide an estimate of the change in dimensions after washing.
Fit Notes: These are more traditional sizing for Warehouse. They're listed as a tapered straight fit and if you size up, they definitely give off that vibe. Tommy chose to go with a 33 here and he loved the cut. The soft pique fabric makes break in so much easier than denim. Tommy is 5'10," 165lbs with a 33-34" waist, and his typical North American size is a 32.
